We may also adjust pricing for our Services, with notice provided via email at least one month before any price change takes effect. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your consent to them.

Apollo Analytics is a Crypto Data & Analytics platform that provides blockchain and market data for institutions, individual investors, and traders. Our Services include access to real-time and historical cryptocurrency data, market trends, and analytics tools. You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement;
  • Not misuse the Services (e.g., by attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our systems);
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and South African financial regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, software, blockchain data, market analytics, and tools (collectively, "Content"), is owned by Apollo Analytics or its licensors and protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal or institutional investment purposes, provided you do not:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of blockchain or market data, as these rely on third-party sources and network conditions beyond our control.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Apollo Analytics harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or violation of third-party rights, including those related to cryptocurrency trading or regulatory non-compliance.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

15. Force Majeure

Apollo Analytics is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., blockchain network failures, market disruptions, or government actions).

16. Social Media and Competitions

We may remove comments from our social media pages or paid adverts at our discretion. Winners of any competitions are chosen at our discretion, and prizes are subject to availability.
